Director of Operations and Early Childhood.
For Katherine Patton, it seems as though all roads have been leading her to WLLC. After working in advertising as a first career, Katherine became immersed in early childhood education when her own kiddo was born, founding and running several different preschool programs. Her most satisfying achievement was in creating an urban permaculture farm designed as a learning environment for young children, ages 15 months to three years old.
After transitioning to teach in a special education classroom for a few years, she answered a job posting at Whole Life, thrilled about the prospect of putting all areas of her experience and expertise to work in one exciting job. At Whole Life, she is directing operations and early childhood, administering first aid to learners and chocolate to staff, improving operational systems, overseeing rock-solid financial reporting, and midwifing chicken hatches. It is the perfect fit.
